All adult classes begin with a warm that has been sculpted to warm up all areas of the body.
The warm up includes ballistic and progression stretching that will leave you feeling flexible and ready for an injury free training session. With the exception of specific sparring classes, all techniques are practiced on pads and bags.
Only structured drill work, ie blocks, defence, catches and takedowns are practiced without power on a partner.
All adult classes end with a specifically designed exercise circuit to build strength and agility for future workouts.
